(Lyzaville Sale/CBC)A 27-year-old man from the rural municipality of Woodlands died when a vehicle rolled into a ditch off Highway 16 in Manitoba, Portage la Prairie RCMP say.Mounties responding to a 7:15 a.m. report of a rollover found a heavily damaged vehicle in the north ditch of the highway south of Westbourne, about 100 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.The local fire department and emergency medical services were already there when police arrived.The driver, the only occupant of the vehicle, was declared dead at the crash scene.Police believe the vehicle was headed north at “very high” speed when it went into the ditch at a curve on the road, RCMP said in a news release.RCMP, including a forensic collision reconstructionist, continue to investigate.More from CBC Manitoba:
