Cape Breton Post – cc A Cape Breton man, Colin Tweedie, was escorted out of a Sydney Supreme Court by a sheriff deputy in May after being found guilty on three charges including impaired driving causing death. The charges were filed in connection with the death of 10-year-old Talia Forrest on Black Rock Road on July 11, 2019. Tweedie was found not guilty on all charges after the first trial but on appeal, a new trial was ordered.
