(Gary Solilak/CBC)Winnipeg police have arrested the driver of a truck they say hit a teen cyclist in South Osborne on Thursday.During morning rush hour, police and cadets taped off a section of Morley Avenue at Osborne Street, near where a damaged bicycle was lying on the sidewalk.The crash happened around 8:15 a.m. and sent the cyclist, who police say is a teen, to hospital in stable condition with unknown injuries.The driver of a Toyota Tacoma was arrested as part of an impaired driving investigation, a police spokesperson said in a statement. Police vehicles block off Morley Avenue at Osborne Street, where the crash occurred just after 8 a.m. (Gary Solilak/CBC)
