(Submitted by Winnipeg Police Service)Winnipeg police are asking for help finding a missing person last seen in the city earlier this week.Rustie Raquin, 35, was last spotted on Wednesday around 10:45 a.m. in the area of Portage Avenue and Sturgeon Road, the Winnipeg Police Service said in an alert Friday.Raquin is described as five feet, six inches, with a heavy build, short brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, grey sweats and brown/black workboots, police said.Police are concerned about Raquin’s well-being and ask anyone with information about their location to call the missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.More from CBC Manitoba:
