She said the recommendation will take into account Mannette’s three convictions for impaired driving, from 1991, 1994 and 2004.Article contentThe crash occurred on Highway 207 on the evening of Sept. 3, 2023. Brittany Warwick was on the back of fiancé Anthony Walsh’s Harley-Davidson when an oncoming Toyota Yaris crossed into their lane and clipped the motorcycle.Article contentWarwick’s left leg was so badly damaged that it had to be amputated above the knee.
