(Olivier Plante/CBC)A motorcyclist who suffered life-threatening injuries following a crash east of Cornwall on Sunday night has died, according to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). Emergency crews were called around 8:55 p.m. to County Road 2 between Arthur Street and Fraser Road in Summerstown, a spokesperson told CBC.The motorcyclist, a 23-year-old man from Quebec, was found injured in a ditch. OPP said he was taken first to a local hospital and then transferred to a regional trauma centre with potentially life-threatening injuries.Police said late Friday morning that he had died. They did not share his name.Investigators are still trying to determine if there was any connection between the crash and a black Honda car seen driving dangerously in the area. They’re asking anyone with dashcam footage from the area to contact them.
