(Submitted by Kelly Hamilton)Two people were sent to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash near the Ontario-Manitoba border, causing traffic delays for hours on part of the Trans-Canada Highway. Ontario Provincial Police said the collision happened after 8 a.m. Saturday at Rocky Ridge Road near Clearwater Bay, a rural community about 170 kilometres east of Winnipeg. The eastbound lane of the Trans-Canada Highway near the scene of the crash has reopened, the Ontario Provincial Police said. (Submitted by Kelly Hamilton)A semi-truck and SUV crashed, police said on a social media post. Two people were taken to hospital and no information has been released about their conditions. OPP initially closed a section of the Trans-Canada Highway, but the eastbound lane was reopened at around 11:40 a.m.A spokesperson for OPP said it is unclear when the highway will fully reopen.
