(Christian Milette/Radio-Canada)A 72-year-old man has died after apparently drowning in a western Quebec lake, local police say.First responders were called to McGregor Lake in Val-des-Monts, Que. at around 11 p.m. Friday after getting an emergency call, according to MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais police.Police told Radio-Canada that while the cause of the man’s death has not been confirmed, it does not appear to have been suicide or a case of foul play.It’s at least the 19th known death to have taken place on local waterways this year.McGregor Lake is roughly 35 kilometres north of downtown Ottawa.
