Bennett Bridge in Kelowna Wednesday night, according to B.C. Emergency Health Services (BCEHS).BCEHS says it received a call around 8:40 p.m. PT  and sent seven ambulances, along with additional units and a supervisor.Spokesperson Bowen Osoko said 12 patients were transported to hospital, five of them in stable condition and seven in good condition.In a statement, West Kelowna RCMP said the initial investigation determined two boats collided, with one vessel becoming lodged on top of the other. Police said the incident is under investigation, and they have confirmed impairment and weather conditions were not factors in the crash.Central Okanagan Search and Rescue said RCMP determined all passengers were accounted for while the Kelowna Fire Department removed the damaged boats from the area to ensure public safety.
