He was also ticketed under the Highway Traffic Act for operating a vehicle with a suspended or cancelled licence.Article contentRCMP say this is the third time that Gillingham has been arrested by the RCMP in the past two months for impaired driving or care and control of a conveyance.Article contentOn July 25, 2025 Holyrood RCMP arrested Gillingham following a rear end collision. At that time, he was charged criminally with failure or refusal to comply with a demand and ticketed for operating a vehicle with a suspended or cancelled licence.Article contentIn another incident on July 5, 2025, Holyrood RCMP responded to an assault complaint. Gillingham was operating an all-terrain vehicle in the area of Woodford Station Road while impaired. He was charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand, uttering threats and assault with a weapon.Article contentIn addition, he has two outstanding impaired driving matters before the courts, one with the RCMP from an incident in December 2023 and another with the RNC from January 2024.Article contentGillingham appeared in court, and is case will be called again on Sept. 22, 2025.Article content
