The evidence presented at the hearing is covered by a publication ban.Rehner adjourned the matter until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, so that Beth Newton, the defence counsel for Hynes, could provide her with some research related to sureties.Rehner said she will also set a date for a decision during Tuesday’s appearance.Article content
