(Manitoba RCMP)A 32-year-old man is wanted after a 23-year-old was fatally shot on a western Manitoba First Nation in what police say was a targeted attack.An arrest warrant has been issued for Ferlin Bone, 32, on a second-degree murder charge in connection with the Sunday shooting, RCMP said in a Wednesday news release.The Manitoba First Nation Police Service was called about a shooting in Waywayseecappo First Nation — about 280 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg, near the Saskatchewan border — around 6:15 p.m. Sunday, according to the RCMP.Police found a 23-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries.RCMP took charge of the investigation, and say they identified a suspect who left the area in a red SUV after the shooting. That vehicle was later found abandoned outside of Waywayseecappo.RCMP say Bone and the victim, whom they did not name, knew each other.
