He cannot leave Nova Scotia and must remain in the residence at all times unless he’s dealing with medical emergencies or appointments or legal commitments.The judge ordered Fraser to have no contact with the complainant, whose identity is protected by a publication ban, and one other Crown witness and not be within 100 metres of their homes, schools or workplaces.Fraser is also prohibited from possessing any weapon as defined in the Criminal Code, except a knife for the purpose of preparing or consuming food.He must report to Halifax Regional Police by phone every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Fraser has pleaded not guilty to the assault and sexual assault charges. His trial is set for two days this August in provincial court.Article content
