(Shawn Foss/CBC)Police are investigating a suspected double homicide in East Vancouver Friday.Officers responded to reports of a stabbing at a residential building near Vanness Avenue and Spencer Street in the Collingwood neighbourhood, according to a Vancouver Police Department (VPD) news release.”Officers located two homicide victims inside an apartment. Two others were taken to hospital with serious injuries,” said the release.In addition to the two people found dead on Sept. 5 in a residential building in Vancouver’s Collingwood neighbourhood, police said two others were seriously injured.
