He was due to appear in Yarmouth Provincial Court on Sept. 11.Article contentMeanwhile, in a separate incident the Digby RCMP charged a man with drug trafficking and related offences.Article contentOn Sept. 4, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the RCMP says a Digby RCMP officer was on patrol in Digby when he observed a suspicious hand-to-hand transaction between two men on Sydney Street.Article contentArticle contentThe RCMP says the officer continued to observe one of the men as he walked away from the other.
