On Monday, a judge heard details of 25 outstanding charges he pleaded to from late 2024 and early 2025.Hameluck told Justice Krista Zerr that he’s now ready to change his ways.”I apologize for my offences. I am ready and willing to seek treatment,” he said in court.When asked by Zerr what had changed, he said, “I’ve been in a rough place in my past, and I want to move forward.”The comments were echoed by his lawyer, Patrick McDougall, who added, “this is a fellow who has come to the realization that what’s become involved in has to stop.”McDougall and Dunning jointly recommended a 34-month sentence. With credit for time spent on remand, that would leave 7 months to serve.That would be followed by two years probation, which would include one year with a 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.Zerr reserved her decision because McDougall and Dunning differed on whether Hameluck should be ordered to take addiction treatment and abstain from cannabis for a year.Hameluck pleaded guilty to the 25 charges on July 30 at Court of King’s Bench in Saskatoon. Convicted voyeur Kyle Hameluck now charged with sexual assault Hameluck had been facing charges of intimidation, criminal harassment and voyeurism, allegations related to incidents from January, February and March of 2024.Court heard Monday how Hameluck secretly filmed and took photos of a variety of women between December 2024 and March 2025 across east-side Saskatoon. The images, shot through bedroom, bathroom and living room windows at night, captured victims in various stages of undress.Hameluck is well known to Saskatoon police and the criminal justice system. In 2020, he pleaded guilty to 38 counts of voyeurism involving 25 victims.
