(Carolyn Ryan/CBC)Ferry sailings between P.E.I. and Nova Scotia are back up and running after technical problems Tuesday morning. Northumberland Ferries initially cancelled all the morning trips up until noon, but then announced the 10 o’clock crossing would go ahead.According to a statement, the problem was with the MV Confederation.
