Officers responded to the scene after receiving reports of a collision just before 2 a.m. on Saturday, a spokesperson told CBC. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Burnstown Road was closed between Calabogie Road and Fraser Road, police posted online, and it reopened around 9:30 a.m.Police said the investigation is ongoing.Burnstown Road at Calabogie Road is around 70 kilometres west of downtown Ottawa.
