The off-road vehicle, which was carrying two occupants, flipped over on its side in the town center parking lot in Flowers Cove. The two teenage occupants were not wearing seat belts or helmets.Article contentArticle contentThe female operator was transported to the hospital in Flowers Cove for treatment of what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries that were sustained in the crash.Article contentThe investigation is continuing with charges pending.Article contentRCMP NL reminds off-road vehicle users of the legal requirements and importance of wearing all available safety equipment.
