(David Bell/CBC)A 54-year-old man is dead after police in a northern Manitoba community received reports of a stabbing on Wednesday afternoon.Police received a report at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday about a possible stabbing at a home in South Indian Lake, about 775 kilometres north of Winnipeg, Manitoba RCMP said in a news release. A 54-year-old man was found with life-threatening injuries when officers arrived, police said. He was later pronounced dead. A 53-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and remains in custody, police said. The death is being treated as a homicide, and RCMP major crimes and forensic investigation services continue to investigate.More from CBC Manitoba:
