A traffic stop was conducted with the vehicle, which contained two occupants.Article contentArticle contentDuring the traffic stop, the officer observed contraband tobacco inside the vehicle. The tobacco was seized and both men were arrested.Article contentThe driver, a 34-year-old Goulds man, was released at the scene.
