There were no animals in the barn. RCMP add there was a suspicious fire at another structure on the same property on Sept. 30, and that both fires are under investigation. Article contentArticle contentAt 10 p.m., reports of a car on fire at the carpool parking lot at Exit 27, Hwy. 104, near Sutherlands River. RCMP report the car was fully engulfed when first responders arrived. Article contentAt 11:10 p.m., reports of a fire at a portable toilet on Lovat Road, near Salt Springs. A person in the area observed the fire and was able to extinguish it before there was significant damage. Article contentAt 11:18 p.m., reports of a truck on fire in a parking lot on Pleasant Valley Road in Pleasant Valley. The truck was destroyed by the fire. Article content Investigators believe the four fires are related, and the investigation is ongoing in partnership with the Office of the Fire Marshal. Article contentOfficers are looking to speak with occupants of two vehicles observed near the fires during the night. The first is a four-door vehicle observed on video, and the second is a pick-up truck, likely a Chevrolet.
