(Dave Chidley/CBC)A 69-year-old man from Quinte West, Ont., has died after crashing his pickup truck into some trees in Prince Edward County, OPP say.Provincial police were called to the crash on the Loyalist Parkway near Wellington, Ont., at around 8:15 a.m. Monday.The man’s truck had left the parkway and hit some trees, OPP said. While he was able to get out of the vehicle, he was found nearby without any vital signs and rushed to a local hospital.The man ended up being pronounced dead at the hospital, OPP said.The crash continues to be investigated.
