RCMP)RCMP say they are investigating after human remains were located inside a burnt car near Dawson Creek, B.C. “All indications suggest that this is a homicide, and police look to the public to help further the investigation,” said B.C. RCMP Supt. Sanjaya Wijayakoon in a press release issued Thursday. Police say they located a grey 2005 Mazda 6 on Monday in the area of 251 Road and the Kiskatinaw River, roughly 40 kilometres outside the city. RCMP are looking to speak with anyone who may have seen the vehicle in the days leading up to Oct. 13. Their E Division Serious Crime Unit has assumed conduct of the investigation, according to the press release.
