He died at the scene.Police say two suspects, both in their 20s, have been arrested in the case.Police say the 49-year-old man who was shot died at the scene. He wasn’t immediately identified. (Shane MacKichan)The VPD did not immediately identify them, nor say whether the homicide was targeted.They’re asking anyone with more information on the homicide to contact them.The city’s first reported homicide of the year was on March 22, at the waterfront CRAB Park.
