(Shane MacKichan)Vancouver police say a man was fatally shot inside a home early Sunday morning, in what is the city’s second reported homicide of the year.Police say they were called out to a house near the intersection of Kootenay and Dundas streets just before 4:30 a.m. PT on Sunday.There, they say a 49-year-old man had been shot. He died at the scene.Police say two suspects, both in their 20s, have been arrested in the case.Police say the 49-year-old man who was shot died at the scene. He wasn’t immediately identified.
