Police observed that motorist speeding 54 km/h over the posted speed limit, between the communities of Lodge Bay and Red Bay.Article contentThe 18-year-old man pulled over on Witless Bay Line had his licence suspended. The traffic stop occurred about 8:30 a.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 29.
