(CBC)Antigonish County District RCMP say they have arrested a 41-year-old man and a youth, both from Afton, N.S., in relation to a crash on Highway 104 earlier this month that led to the death of a child.Police say they responded to a call on Nov. 1 at approximately 9:50 p.m. near Dagger Woods Road and Pomquet Monks Head Road.Police say the crash involved an SUV and a large farm vehicle. All four people in the SUV were transported to hospital by ambulance. A child was later pronounced dead. In a media release, police say their investigation revealed the farm vehicle was driven by a young person. Police say the vehicle did not stay at the scene but was found shortly afterwards. Police say the 41-year-old and youth will face charges of failing to stop an accident scene that resulted in death. The 41-year-old man is also charged with obstructing justice.
