Ruben Manz, who has appealed his criminal conviction and 15-month community-based jail sentence, was reprimanded by the Chiropractors’ Association of Saskatchewan (CAS) in a decision published this week.As of Dec. 1, his licence is fully suspended for three months, the decision states.After that, his practice will be under some restrictions for one year. He will be barred from examining or treating any female who is 10 years old or older, except in the presence of an adult female observer approved by the CAS. After his four-week trial at Regina Court of King’s Bench in 2024, a jury found Manz guilty of one count of sexual assault and not guilty of five other counts.
