Riders head coach Corey Mace thanked staff and volunteers, and Grey Cup MVP Trevor Harris called for back-to-back championships.Rider Nation made its love of the team known. He led Sheldon Williams Collegiate to a provincial championship in 2006, and became one of the best quarterbacks in Regina Rams history. (David Lipnowski/The Canadian Press)Offensive lineman and CFL all-star Logan Ferland was born in Melfort, Sask. He spent five seasons with the Regina Thunder from 2015 to 2019. Ferland has spent his entire five-year CFL career with the Roughriders. Mitchell Picton has scored a lot of touchdowns at Mosaic Stadium. Born and raised in Regina, Picton caught two touchdown passes in the first football game ever played at Mosaic Stadium on Oct. 1, 2016. Picton was a superstar with the University of Regina Rams and has spent all six professional seasons with the Riders.
