A two-day bail hearing was held in Weyburn last week.His reasons for the decision, as well as the evidence heard at the bail hearing, are covered by a publication ban to protect Fahlman’s right to a fair trial.Fahlman, 42, is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Tanya Myers, 44, and with intentionally firing a gun while being reckless to the life and safety of another person.Myers died on Sept. 12 while she was a passenger in a vehicle on Highway 39, just northwest of Weyburn.
