The Vancouver Whitecaps gave Inter Miami everything they had, dominating possession — 59 per cent to 41 per cent — and taking it to the Herons for long stretches of play. But Miami, as they have done all season, made their opponents pay for their mistakes. In this case, it was an Ocampo own goal after Allende broke through the defence and De Paul scoring in the second half after a turnover by Andrés Cubas.
