Then on July 27, 2025, was charged with three counts of assaulting police and one count of resisting by attempting to bite and spit on an officer.Article contentArticle contentBetween Sept. 16, 2024, and June 21, 2025, McPhee was charged with breaching an undertaking by failing to attend court and keep the peace and be of good behaviour, as well as two counts of assaulting police, two counts of mischief for damaging a police vehicle and a holding cell, and a single count resisting arrest by pulling away, kicking and attempting to bite a police officer while being handcuffed.Article contentShe accumulated more than 20 charges between June 25, 2025, and Dec. 3, 2025.Article contentDuring that five-and-a-half month period, McPhee allegedly assaulted a man with a hypodermic needle on two occasions, threatened to burn down a building on Plummer Avenue in New Waterford three times and uttered threats to cause death or bodily harm.Article contentMcPhee was also charged with multiple counts of breaching court-ordered release conditions, including failing to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, violating no-contact orders, failing to attend court, failing to abide by a curfew to remain her residence from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and failing to report in person to police.Article contentMcPhee was arrested on a warrant earlier this month and remains in custody.Article contentShe is now expected to appear in Sydney provincial court on Dec. 23 for election and pleas on the charges.Article content
