Photo by Keith Gosse/The TelegramArticle contentPolice were called to a Watson Street home around 9 p.m. on April 8 to find Hynes had been shot outside. Article contentThe next day, they issued a public appeal for Ibrahim’s whereabouts, describing him as armed and dangerous.  Article contentOn April 10, they located Ibrahim and Hussein at the ferry terminal in Port-aux Basques as they attempted to leave the province. Mounties apprehended Hussein from behind the wheel of an SUV, while RNC officers subsequently found Ibrahim hiding in the trunk. Article contentThe brothers appeared in Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme for arraignment Dec. 1, but did not enter pleas. The court heard an issue had arisen that must be addressed before trial dates can be set.
