Article contentArticle contentThe police said the suspect vehicle was located on Heather Moyse Drive, near Summerside’s Canada Day celebration grounds. Article contentOfficers tried to stop the vehicle, but it allegedly drove away. Police followed and the vehicle only stopped when a second police cruiser forced it to do so. Article contentPolice said the suspect gave two breath samples on the scene, one of which was three times the legal alcohol limit and the second was twice the limit. Article contentThe vehicle was impounded, and the driver was issued an administrative driving prohibition.
