(RCMP)RCMP are looking for help finding a 12-year-old who went missing in West St. Paul.Charlie Bird was last seen on his scooter near Highway 8 going east on Grassmere Road, police said in a news release Friday.The 12-year-old was reported missing from his temporary residence in the rural municipality north of Winnipeg on Wednesday around 10:30 p.m. Police believe he may be in Winnipeg.Bird is described as being five feet, two inches tall, and weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.He was last seeing wearing a black sweater and black pants, police said.
