(Robert Short/CBC)A 3-year-old boy is dead after being struck by a vehicle while crossing the street on Friday night in Bedford, N.S.Halifax Regional Police say they responded to the incident on Brownstone Way, a residential street near Brookline Drive in West Bedford, at around 7:50 p.m.From the scene, the boy was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
