For Salvation ArmyPublished Oct 05, 2025 1 minute readIt was land ahoy on Saturday when #2 Westmount Navy League Royal Canadian Sea Cadets sailed into the Sydney River Shopping Centre and invited people to support a community food drive for the Salvation Army. They were accompanied by Patricia Murray, Lt commanding officer on the far right. Sea Cadets – who can be 12 – 19- years old – meet every Thursday at the Coast Guard Academy in Westmount from 6:15 – 9 p.m. and new members are always welcome.
