The crash happened around 2:35 p.m. PT in the 13400 block of 81 Avenue near Newton Elementary. Police say it is still under investigation.The driver of the truck, which police described as a “large cube van-style vehicle,” is co-operating with investigators, according to the release. Police said Friday they do not believe impairment played a factor.Investigators are asking anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage to contact Surrey police.
