Instead, his lawyer Brendan Hubley appeared on his behalf. Green is currently in custody at the Provincial Correctional Centre while his matters are before the court. Publication bans were also ordered preventing the release of information that could identify the victims.Article contentChargesArticle contentGreen is facing eight charges – two counts of child luring, two counts of making an agreement or an arrangement with a child to commit a sexual offence, invitation to sexual touching (involving a person under the age of 16), making sexually explicit material available to a child, transmitting child pornography and extortion.Article contentGreen was arrested on Aug. 20 by Charlottetown police after an internet child exploitation investigation. He has yet to elect whether to have the charges remain in provincial court or be heard in P.E.I. Supreme Court or enter pleas.
