Fire ban back on for St. John’s, Mount Pearl and Paradise

Photo by Staff /THE TELEGRAMThe St. John’s Regional Fire Department says that due to the high fire hazard rating for the region, as identified by the provincial government, a fire ban is back in effect for areas within the region that  include the City of St. John’s, City of Mount Pearl, and Town of Paradise.The fire ban will remain in effect until June 19, 2025, with an update to be provided that day.The ban includes outdoor wood-burning appliances, charcoal BBQs and open fires.
