Half the rent, half the costs and bonus — there’s no mice at 5 Donald!”The party’s old office on Kennedy Street occupied a  3,610-square-foot wood-frame home with a stone foundation, built in 1912. It faces the lieutenant-governor’s residence and the grounds of the Manitoba Legislature.The real-estate listing states it also has five parking spaces and a 1,550-square-foot basis.According to property records, 23 Kennedy St. is owned by a corporation called Nocorp Investments Ltd.Khan said in November that the company is a trust that intends to donate the proceeds of the building sale to the party.The party ran an $689,000 deficit on its operations in 2024, according to the annual return it filed with Elections Manitoba.Khan said in November the party has raised “over half a million dollars” since he was named PC leader in April.
