(Don Somers/CBC Saskatchewan)Witnesses called Saskatoon police on Friday night to report a fight underway between two men and another group in the parking lot of a business in the 900 block of 22nd Street.When officers arrived around 10:15 p.m. CST, they found a 29-year-old man with multiple wounds, police said in a Monday news release. Witnesses reported that the second group, who fled the scene before officers arrived, were armed with a machete and bear spray.People on their way into the business, Granada Liquor, on Monday morning pointed out red stains still visible on the ground.Three separate people told CBC they had watched video of the altercation on social media, and shared screengrabs from the video showing a man on the ground. The footage appeared to come from a security camera mounted over the entrance to the store.Police said the injured man is being treated in hospital for wounds that are serious but not life-threatening.
