Police say that’s when the officer-involved shooting occurred. Additional officers responded to the scene and provided medical aid to Stirling until the Newport Beach Fire Department Arrived. IMAGE FROM IMDbIn a press release issued on Friday, April 18, California Attorney General Rob Bonta said the California Department of Justice is investigating and will independently review the officer-involved shooting. The initial investigation is being completed by the Police Shooting Investigation team.
