This is a broad overview so it’s best to check directly with any businesses or services ahead of time.Shopping and attractionsGrocery storesMost grocery stores in the city will be closed Monday, but some including Whole Foods at Lansdowne Park, Farm Boy at Rideau Centre, Loblaws on Isabella Street and Metro on Rideau Street will remain open.Some stores may have different hours on Sunday.AlcoholBeer Store and LCBO locations will be closed. Alcohol may be available at rural LCBO convenience outlets and at participating grocery stores that are open Monday.PharmaciesSome locations will be open. Check individual stores for holiday hours.MallsBayshore, Place d’Orléans and St. Laurent malls will be closed. RecreationMany recreation facilities are closed. Some of these spaces will be open on modified schedules.Ottawa Public HealthThe Site program office and supervised consumption services at 179 Clarence St. will be closed. The Site mobile van will operate from 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.The Sexual Health Clinic and satellite clinics will be closed.Dental clinics will be closed.BanksMonday is a bank holiday and many branches are closed.
