He arrested for impaired operation and transported to the Clarenville RCMP detachment, where he provided two breath samples above the legal limit.Article contentArticle contentMarshall was held in police custody overnight and will appear in provincial court at a future date to face a charge of impaired operation.Article contentHis vehicle was also seized and impounded by police.Article contentThe RCMP reminds that “operating a vehicle of any kind while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a choice that poses an unnecessary and unacceptable risk to your safety and the safety of others. If you suspect a driver is operating a vehicle while impaired, please immediately call 911 and be prepared to provide a description of the vehicle, including a licence plate if possible, and the vehicle’s current location.”Article content
