(CBC News)A Weyburn Court of King’s bench judge has formally reserved his decision on whether to grant bail to the Regina man accused of shooting and killing a woman on a highway near Weyburn.The bail hearing for Chris Fahlman, 42, ran Wednesday and Thursday, with court sitting for more than 13 hours over the two days. Justice Michael Morris reserved his decision on bail to an unspecified date.A standard publication ban covers the evidence, arguments and material presented at the hearing hearing. Fahlman arrived at the courthouse in a white corrections van Thursday morning.He spent most of the day seated in the courtroom, looking straight ahead and listening to the proceedings.Fahlman is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Tanya Myers, 44, and intentionally firing a gun while being reckless to the life and safety of another person. Both charges stem from an incident on the evening of Sept. 12 on Highway 39, just northwest of Weyburn.
