(Viacheslav Nikolaenko/Shutterstock)A Kamloops, B.C., woman has pleaded guilty in a case involving botched cosmetic procedures at a private home.Jessica Noelle Earthy was originally charged with assault causing bodily harm, as well as fraud, after being arrested on Aug. 16, 2022.An agreed upon statement of facts said that Earthy, who was trained as a care aide, misrepresented herself as a nurse practitioner and applied Botox to the lips, foreheads and eyebrows of multiple women, some of which left lumps that had to be treated by a doctor.She told investigators that she did not mean to cause any harm.Earthy pleaded guilty to the charges on Monday. Her next court appearance is Jan. 19 when a date for sentencing will be held.
