The tenant in the apartment below, Brittany Miller is seeking costs associated with trying to clean her apartment and things left behind like food and furniture because she said they were exposed to the maggots or absorbed smell from the incident.Article contentShe alleges the apartment was not properly cleaned, leading the maggot issue she experienced, and that items with bodily fluids were tossed from the apartment to the parking lot below and not immediately removed.Article content
