Speeding comes with penalties like fines, demerit points, having your license suspended or seeing your vehicle seized and impounded.Article content“But the consequences can be far more serious: you could seriously hurt yourself, your passengers, other drivers, pedestrians or animals,” the RCMP release said.Article contentRCMP NL urges all to slow down and plan ahead, observe posted sign limits, wear a seatbelt and never operate a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.Article content
