(Claudine Richard/Radio-Canada)Police say a man is dead after he was found early Thursday morning with “apparent stab wounds” in east Ottawa, near the Notre-Dame Cemetery.Paramedics were called around 6:50 a.m. to the scene in the 500 block of St. Laurent Boulevard, a spokesperson for the Ottawa Paramedic Service told CBC News. The victim, an adult male, was found outside with critical injuries and taken to hospital. He was later pronounced deceased, according to a social media post by police.Police vehicles could be seen on St. Laurent Boulevard near where the man was found with stab wounds.
